Founded in 1982 by Peter Smith, our company initially focused on home renovations, new homes, and small commercial projects. In the early years, we also secured maintenance contracts for local schools in the eastern suburbs, helping to establish long-term relationships with the community.

As we moved into the late '80s and '90s, our company expanded to take on larger projects, including commercial factories and office buildings. During this time, we also started working with new clients such as golf clubs, restaurants, and real estate offices, while continuing to provide maintenance services for schools.

In recent years, we've diversified our services to specialize in both commercial and domestic maintenance, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has remained at the heart of everything we do, helping us to grow and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients across various industries.

In 2013, Benjamin Smith, the next generation of the family, joined PSP to ensure that our clients continue to receive the highest level of service and care for years to come.
